    Scott has enjoyed working in higher education since 2010 and has a passion for student success. He holds a B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Modern Language & Culture (Spanish), and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration.  His passion for student success has led him to work in a variety of areas of higher education including academic advising, financial aid, and career services.  Being part of an educational system that helps individuals change the trajectory of their lives is extremely rewarding to Scott and he loves engaging in intentional one on one conversation.  He believes in identifying and removing obstacles in order to help students, faculty, and staff of Kennesaw State thrive.  Scott feels that he has been put on this earth to make a difference in the lives of others and will do so every chance he gets. 

    When not at work, Scott loves spending time with his wife, two children, and dog.  He also enjoys coffee, running, hiking, and relaxing to a good movie on a Sunday afternoon.

    Amanda Frank Wilkens is from Marietta, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and received a Master of Education in Professional Counseling (College Student Affairs program) from the University of West Georgia.
    Amanda enjoys working in higher education and enjoys encouraging students to realize and fulfill their full potential. She loves sports, especially Auburn football, and loves to travel. Amanda advises majors Elementary and Birth through Kindergarten Majors.

    Jessica Hood was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Brandeis University and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Higher Education from Georgia Southern University. Jessica has been working in college access and higher education for the last 7 years. She is passionate about student success and guiding her students through their collegiate journey and on to a career that they enjoy.

    Dr. Raynice has been a faculty member in the Bagwell College of Education for over 20 years. During her time in Bagwell, she has taught several courses in the Elementary and Early Childhood Education Department including Child Development,  and  Preschool Curriculum. In 2010, she, along with her colleagues, launched the Birth through Kindergarten program. She also coordinated this program for over 9 years. She has chaired and served on over 20 dissertation committees. Dr. Raynice focuses on student success at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In her current role,  she serves as the faculty advisor for the Educators of Tomorrow student organization and the Bagwell Student Ambassadors.  Dr. Raynice's research agenda includes topics about teacher preparation, child development, families and children with medical/special needs, leadership in early care, and student achievement. When she is not teaching, or working on her research, she is involved with student recruitment and retention through campus tours, school visits, and Bagwell events that promote student engagement.

    Amy Jordan is an Atlanta native, who prior to coming to KSU, worked as a legal secretary and volunteer at her daughter's school. Each day, Amy is learning as much as she can about the many offerings and opportunities Bagwell College has to offer students.

    Aisha LaBarrie is from Roswell, Georgia. She received a Bachelor of Science in History from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Passionate about encouraging and supporting the future educators of the world, Aisha advises Elementary Education and History Education majors. The overriding goal for Aisha is helping students turn their dreams into reality.
