Tutoring

Homework Buddies is a weekly tutoring program designed to assist students as they work on homework while improving their reading skills. Children in grades 2-6 come for weekly sessions with a "homework buddy", typically an America Reads employee who is also a teacher candidate. During these sessions, there are literacy-focused games, homework assistance, and reading assistance offered in a friendly environment. Administrative fees may apply.
