Research Week Keynote Speaker Faculty Research Expo Student Scholars Expo Partner's Research ExpoOn Tuesday, November 7th we will host the following two panel sessions:
10.00 am - 11.15 am | BCOE Research Teams Panel Session
Description: In this hybrid panel, representatives from the 2023 BCOE Research Teams will briefly share the highlights of the work done within their teams. Moreover, a final discussion will address the benefits and limitations of working as a research team, and potential ways of enhancing the program as well.

- Drs. Smith, Harris, Flaggs & Guillory: Education as Liberation: Examining Black Teachers’ Resistance Against Legislative Silencing
- Drs. Harron, Jin, Hillen, Thomas & Mr. Ziegler: Maker Math 2.0: Teaching Digital Fabrication through the Design, Creation, Application, and Sharing of Standards-Based Math Manipulatives (to be confirmed)
Structure for the session:
- 10.00-10.05 - Presentation of the panel session
- 10.05 to 10.45 - 10-minute presentations by research team representatives highlighting the work of their teams
- 10.45 - 11.15 - Final discussion
Venue: The panel will be hosted in room BEB 403-Interactive Research Methods Lab.

11.30 - 12.45 pm | Panel Session: Special Research Initiative
Description: In this hybrid panel, recipients of the 2022 BCOE Special Research Initiative will be presenting and discussing the work done so far within their special research initiative projects over the last year.
